Optional Life Insurance is provided by The Standard Insurance Company. It is an optional benefit that is employee-paid, post tax. Enroll as a new hire and qualify for up to $200,000 in coverage without the need for a medical history statement. What is Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance?
LTC is the type of coverage you may need in case of an accident that leaves you unable to perform basic daily life activities such as bathing, dressing, transferring from one location to another. Or if you suffer severe cognitive impairment from a condition such as Alzheimer's disease. This coverage could help pay for a home health aide, an assisted living facility, or a private nursing home.
