School Based Health Center

The Rogue Community Health School Based Health Center is located at Eagle Point High School. It is staffed by an RN, a mental health therapist, and an office manager.

School Care Coordinators (SCCs) are non-medical human services professionals who help students and their families access services or resources to support their health and well-being while encouraging student success. Our SCCs can also assist families connect with resources for housing/homeless, benefit assistance, food, childcare, and much more!
