    To be considered for employment, all applicants must complete the online application process. Paper applications and attachments are no longer accepted—all materials must be submitted online.

    Application Process

    Licensed Positions (Teachers, Administrators, etc.)

    To apply for a licensed position, please submit the following required documents along with your online application:
    ✅ Three letters of recommendation
    ✅ Resume
    ✅ Cover letter
    ✅ Copy of your current Oregon Teaching License
    ✅ Transcripts

    If you are applying for multiple positions, you must submit an application for each role. Simply log into your application and select the positions you wish to apply for.

    Classified Positions (Support Staff, Assistants, Custodians, etc.)

    To apply for a classified position, a complete application is required. While attaching a resume and letters of recommendation is helpful, it is not mandatory.

    If applying for multiple positions, be sure to submit an application for each role by logging into your application and selecting the desired positions.

    Tips for Completing Your Online Application

    ✔ Upload all supplemental documents (various file formats are accepted).

    Employment Requirements

    Per district policy, all job offers are contingent upon passing:
    🔹 A district-required drug test (including marijuana)
    🔹 A criminal background check

    Eagle Point School District 9's Human Resources team will provide details on the required testing locations and procedures. Any candidate testing positive for drugs will have their job offer withdrawn.
