ParentVUE is a tool that offers secure, private access to school and student information, including assignments, grades, attendance, school calendar, and teacher contact details. You can see the information for all your students in ParentVUE.

Using ParentVUE to schedule conferences

You can log into ParentVUE by clicking on the " A + " icon, labeled ParentVUE &StudentVUE, at the top of the page.
You may also download the app to your phone.
Click the tab at the top that says StudentVUE/ ParentVUE
Click I am a parent
Enter your username and password (note: you will need to access this regularly, so it’s important that you write down your username and password for easy access.)
The home screen will open (see example below) the right side shows the parent's name and tabs to access other information. The menu on the left allows access to your individual student's classes, grades, fees, attendance, and more.
To look at a specific child, you must select the name from the drop-down on the top left of the screen.
The drop-down shows what school they are registered at and the contact number for that school
Messages from teachers are the first thing on the list. Remember to check here for information from your student’s class teacher.
Class Schedule shows all courses assigned to your student, and includes the name of the teacher, time of the class, as well as a link to email the teacher directly.
Grade Book is where you can track your student’s progress in class, check for missing assignments and again, contact the teacher directly. The report card section will show the final grades after they are posted each semester and at the end of the school year.
FEES: This is where you will access the mandatory and optional fees for your student. (see instructions below)
If you need to update your student’s information, you can do so by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab on the left and add or change phone numbers, email address, etc.,
